It looks more like strike doubling if anything as it appears sort of like the doubled piece is flat. A true double die has the same rounded look as the original die.

Strike doubling is pretty common and unfortunately adds no value to the coin.

Thanks for the answer..Even if it is strike doubling it is still a neat coin for the collection..
