They seem purpose built...maybe cutting and then stripping? Making cordage? Very cool whatever they are!

Very nice! These basic stone tools are so alike, regardless of where they are found in the world. That could be a jasper scraper from one of my sites on the Atlantic coast of the US. Thanks for sharing your many finds.

that white chalcedony is awesome! i find that too, with the purple glow in the Pacific North West.

Try googling tie on atlatl weight and you will see lots of examples from North America just like yours.
