So sterile. Nice picture but some like the fresh dug look and the pieces of dead grubs under the nails really add to the authenticity of the treasures found.

Show all your your broken skin and disease ridden cuticles, bare the fungi ridden nails and the cuts and scars with your finds! Missing fingers just add to the recovered pull tabs romantic intrigue. Post on you treasure hunters!!!

Not all of us dig with a fresh manicure. Beat up fingers and blood is a serious hunter. Later Clyde

Don,t hate buddy.
Honest hands show their truth. I wear gloves but the few photos are usually on the wood gun cleaning station.Often on paper towel. But now you may have inspired me to something else.:laughing7:

I do try and at least wash my hands and get the dirt out from under my nails before I pose with a relic since I'm a lady but if you're out in the field and want to post it then and there what are ya supposed to do? It seems these days though with so much digging around with MDing and planting flowers my hands are getting harder to take care of. In all seriousness I've heard apple cider vinegar is good to soak your nails in if you get a fungus from dirt.

Entertaining to read how "hands, chewed nails , peeling skin, the boogers hanging" can disturb another when spell check is missed
Don't forget about punctuation too.

Yes, except make sure you're not wearing camo pants as there's been many posts complaining about us wearing that.

A lot of 'Don't do this and don't do that" on this forum nowadays. Wow!

So Muddyhandz can't post a picture with his real man's working hands so here's a picture of my feet from last summer......

Notice the chic sun sandal design?

Aren't my feet wonderful?

I'll try posting my finds with those beauties from now on.

Cheers,
Dave.
