ok. so i looked through these pennies til i went cross-eyed. while i didnt find any key date pennies,i did come across what appears to be a 1951 proof. the downside is it was circulated. the high spots are showing wear.i found an old price guide from 1974 in my bookcase which listed the value of a '51 proof at $9.00. my question is how much has circulation decreased its value? I know this will be speculation. Thanks for the help.

any circulated coin is no longer proof and is valued at the condition it is in now.
