KG I & An IH! WHAT A DAY!!!!!!

Man where do I even begin except for the beginning. Went out to a new spot today after I got out of work.

Did a lot of roaming around & then decided to cross the road to look for several sites that are supposed to be there. 1st site looks to be trashy but I was limited on my time. Decided to follow the old road & got a good signal along the way. 1st coin of thre day 1880 IH. Sweet!

Now the pressure was off and had about a 1/2 hr left. Decided to follow the road deeper into the woods. The road turned & I saw a slight rise off to my right. So I decided to head up to see what was up there. Turned out to be a flat area. Swung a bit & got a signal about 5" down. Out poped the KG and I knew it was something different & hoped it was my 1st KG I. I was extremely excited.

Well it's official my new oldest coin to date. Looks to be 1723! Let me know your thoughts on the date.

Definately heading back there soon!
