Finally got out for several hours in the creek where i have found several CW relics. Didnt find anything to awesome except and minnie ball sinker. But also found several iron pieces. But also found part of knife handle and what not sure what other is. It is flat on one side and rounded on the other but does have a good edge. thanks in advance

Nah, they get pretty hefty. This one is not huge and looks about the same size. If that was run through electrolysis it would be smaller also. IMG_0002.jpg

Yep! The top one is a straight razor. Maybe a Double Duck. Just a guess on brand. Cool find!

I was trying to figure out what is troubling me about it, if it is a straight razor. And that is that the finger loop on the side, is going the wrong direction than any other I have seen. And there is no shank between the blade and the pivot. I still think it’s a razor blade but not like one I have seen before.

could be from a small draw knife or spoke shave

Could be. I would have expected a draw knife or spoke shave to have hidden tangs or similar in order to attach handles. It would be hard to safely control with only those little nubbins to hold onto.
