I am only aware of three books by him:
LOST TREASURES OF FLORIDA'S EAST COAST---1983
LOST TREASURE OF FLORIDA'S WESTERN GULF COAST---1986
FLORIDA TREASURE SHIPWRECKS---1985
He also had a 23" by 37" FLORIDA TREASURE MAP and a
FLORIDA KEYS TREASURE MAP---2 sections of 18" by 24" each
He also had a newsletter: HIDDEN WEALTH ( bi-monthly ) that ran for 10+ years
He lived in St. Petersburg, FL---TREASURE TROVE PUBLICATIONS
I only own the East Coast book.

Hey Docc, I knew Frank for many years and helped take care of him before he died. What wreck are you researching? The Naples wreck? I have a lot of his records and I published his newsletter "Hidden Wealth" when he could no longer do it. I have dozens of back issues in my garage.
