Large bottle found in a cave - any idea of date???

I was directed to a cave opening by a pal, it took some finding as the entrance is only a few feet across, however it did open up into a very large chamber.

Not sure when the last person was here - its WAY of the beaten track, and it seems no one I have mentioned it to knows of its existence.
I also checked the entire area and not one pull tab or bottle top which is also a good sign!!

so this bottle was in the cave, its approx. 15 inch high and a chunky 4 inch wide!

it does not seem like the "handmade" "thick" glass I have found elsewhere - could anyone date it for me?

No markings or writing anywhere, not bottom, sides or neck - does this mean its a lost cause?

The bottle appears to be a picnic beer bottle, no earlier than 1894, no later than 1920 (assuming Prohibition in VI).
