Went to the same field I got the George ii coin last week and dug another old copper. At first after I cleaned it some I thought it might be a Nova Scotia half penny token but it's different. I can't make a id yet but I can see letters on front and back so I should get it eventually. I will post some pictures later maybe for some help. I also dug a two ring lead bullet and a unknown piece of relic about three feet from the coin. The digging was rough. Ground was frozen like concrete most of the way! :)

Thanks. I worked hard for that bugger. I'm just glad any day I can get out this time of year. That field gave me many goodies. I'm sure there is more to be found and hopefully a silver one soon! :)

It's in really rough shape but at least I can make it out. It's easier to see in person than the picture but it is a "1812 lower Canada half penny token"! :)
