Very nice cluster, I sometimes get out to that area, (around Noble), to do some trading.
The largest single I ever saw is the size of a 'basketball', I bought it at a 'yard sale'. ;D

Digging in the red sandy soil from Ok City and west you will find sand roses fairly common.I don't know how they are formed, but just appear to be much like common sandstone. Monty
