Hello friends,

I found something that looks a lot like Larimar on my late mother belongings. What else could it be?
If it is indeed larimar (which I'm almost sure it is), is it worth selling it? Is there any way to know how "pure" or valuable it is?

It looks like this:

I bought my wife this Larimar ring a few weeks ago... from what I understand, the stone is native to the Dominican, (which I find fascinating)....

Your example looks like the real deal to me....

I got that pic from an online shop (the stone looks a lot like that though). It have a few small brownish spots and it's about the same size and blue tones / patterns.

Need to have picture of actual stone. Could also be crazy lace agate.

Thx for the suggestion. The colors are a lot more vivid and the pattern is really crazy/weird, so 99% sure it's larimar.

I looked around some lace agate pics from google.

Just asked my older sister. Confirmed for Larimar :D ~ I'll keep it (way too beautiful to let it go)
