Pickings are slim this past week here on the East Coast. The gold heart ring is 14K but dainty, and the small St. Mary's pendant is also gold. The silver ring came up dark brown, and I thought it was a junk ring until I got home and saw STER inside with the loupe. So, a bit of electrolysis and a lot of elbow grease with my Miracle Polishing Cloth, and it shines like new. The earring is marked .925 and the stone is fake - got my heart racing for a minute though. Finally, the gold bead had me really excited for most of the morning this morning, but then I looked at it more closely, and it is junk.
