Last finds of the year

Went back to the farm I've been hitting lately. I found three bent up spoons,some glass liner things from mason jars and some other old looking stuff, just too lazy to clean em up now. Here's a fob I found there with two other things. The thing on the left is only a part of what it once was. I have no idea. The fob says across the top
A.B. 585 E. 138th ST which I'm assuming is NYC. Anyone know what the M.D.M stands for? I know it's not Metal Detecting Mothers.
