Last weekend I dug 39 Wheaties...Today I did Much better!

Last weekend I dug 39 wheat pennies from an old park with only two silver coins to go with them. Today I hunted the exact same areas. I started in the
baseball field and dug out one wheat cent and a mercury dime in about 3 hours. The park maintenance crew showed up and kicked me out! They
said: "This is an athletic field, you can't be digging holes". ...So I moved on to the other side of the park where the long slope was. Last weekend I dug out
27 wheat pennies and a silver nickel from this area. Today I dug out 4 mercury dimes and another 10 wheat pennies! I had missed all these targets last weekend! I'll be going back to hunt this area again next week........ It was T-shirt weather today! Temp was in the high 50's!

Wow what a great hunt. From the looks of your pictures you were using either your CZ5 or CZ6. Both are great silver sniffin machines.

It's a CZ6. Still going strong after 20 years and almost 2,000 silver coins...

That is another great hunt there.Slow down in your hunts since you are missing too many targets the first time .I know since I have done the exact same as you in missing stuff the first hunt.
