Hey Capbil.....My friend always referred to it as a tunnel. After he passed I ask his son about his fathers quest and he mailed me a box. Included in the box was 7 volcanic rocks with a map of where they were collected. They are at UNR being analyzed at this time. We know that Lake Tahoe is connected to Pyramid Lake and Walker Lake which are a hundred miles or so a part so a lava tube is a logical assumption. This is my first attemped at anything like this so I will make a lot of mistakes. I now know why people spend their lives looking for treasures and any tid-bit of information will be appriciated........Art

AS!
I? would like to help you out,
BUT!? ?:-
That legend of the Tunnel is near one of my future ventures!
And, being so! It is on my list of "To Do's "? :P
I might be able to dig up some research material/leads for you!
But!
I am presently, involved with four sites!
If, I get the materials..
And you are really serious >:(? ?about this, as a whole lot of people don't think that or realize,? it takes lots, & lots, & lots, of time and much, much effort. :P
Most give up and quit after a very short spell/effortl!
