In the September 1, 2013 interview with Jake Briskman of Chicago WLUW-FM broadcast, called the Logic Consortium, International Law Professor Francis Boyle who is a professor at the University of Illinois College of Law, said, âI think we have to play jujitsu with Obama. He wants Congress to vote for war on September 9. Instead of playing his game, we should call for Congress to impeach him on September 9âimmediately, which they can do. That will send a shot across his bow now.â[1]
Boyle is the author of a new book, Tackling Americaâs Toughest Questions.

So the U.S. intelligence community refuses to âconfirmâ that the Syrian government did it.
Kerry claimed in his remarks: âWe assess that the opposition has not used chemical weapons.â But Carla del Ponte of the UN commission said they did.
