Found this before the storms chased me away. Its hard to see and the pic doesn't do it Justice. But I can make out her face hat and a 4. Before I cleaned it u could see the whole date. The back is toast

It may not be in the best of condition, but a 1794 LC is a 1794 LC. Nice find!

Real nice find !!! Looks like Maryland ground is about as kind to those coppers as PA is. Wish I could find one that was as nice as a new penny, well a new penny not found in the ground in PA anyway....LOL.

nice find. I have found only one and it was roached. the side with the date was unreadable but the back side displays o.k. my oldest US coin to date though I can't get a specific date. they are tough to dig. congrats. hopefully more will turn up.
