I need some help.

Can anyone give me some advise as to what is involved in filing a claim or where to start looking for the information? Also, where can I find or do you know of any maritime attoneys that knows the claim game? I would be interested in the SC and NC coastal areas.

That will depend on the location of the wreck. If it is located within the three mile limit of either state, you will have to go to that states department of historical resources (may have a different name), to find out how they do it. In any case you will most likely have to find a good local lawyer who specialises in Maritime law in order to arrest the wreck.
