Leesburg Georgia Token

A friend of mine found this local token from Leesburg Georgia while metal detecting at an old home site. I cannot seem to find out anything about it. I don't see it listed in any books or websites & No one here in the area has ever seen or heard of this one, Anyone know anything about it?
