Left handed, and swing with my left hand. I've tried switching hands but the swing just doesnt feel correct.

Righty but I swing my MD lefty. I also mouse left handed (following carpel tunnel surgery on right wrist), I use my left eye to look through the viewfinder of a regular camera, and I use my left eye when looking through a rifle scope.

Well I swing left then stop, and then I swing right and then stop. Then I repeat. Mostly I keep the coil level, and just off the ground. I like a fast swing but will slow down in a good area. As mentioned before, when one arm gets tired, I use the opposite arm. Only time I stop is when my back says no more.

Swing with my right hand and dig with my left. At the end of the day my right hand is practically stuck to the MD because I never put it down. :laughing7:

I'm a righty who swings right. I had dreams of being ambidextrous when I was younger, but nothing feels right using my left hand except typing..

I try to switch back n forth alot... I'm right handed... But I have really noticed my right forearm gets pumped up if I don't switch.. ( I develop muscle quickly .... Idk why. It'd be great if I was a dude.. I'm not). So now I switch alot to keep it even. But from all the relic cleaning , the hobby is taking a beating on my corporal tunnel syndrome . My fingers keep going numb and locking up..... I'm 36 .. I wonder what I'll be like at 66.. Yikes

I can't even remember when I was 36 but then I can't remember yesterday either. I like to change right to left as my arm does get a little tired so go lefty for a while which really helps on a long search.
