I haven't been out detecting much lately...we just sold our house and bought another. The up side is the house we bought is in one of the oldest settled areas in North America so I know that the detecting will be phenomenal. I've been concentrating my time on home maintenance including removing a wood stove and painting the entire exterior...very time consuming. I did take an hour to swing the detector over the yard and I am guessing that my property was once pasture. I just received permission for a couple areas which should produce a little more but until then this is what I have found. A couple bells, buckles, a button, an iron harness bit, some doodads, musketballs and one 1928 cent. I didn't expect to find much in my own yard, the house is only 84 years old, but I'm going to keep swinging.
