Until some actual follow through occurs regarding criminals in the media and the intelligence communities, including indictment, prosecution, conviction and prison sentencing goes forward lawlessness will continue the standard mode of operation. In addition it is of little value to have laws if they are overruled not on constitutional merit, but by the emotions and outright prejudices of Judge's that believe their personal opinion is somehow the guiding force in decision making. The entire insane and asinine idea that the Constitution is a "Living Document" is nothing more than a treasonous ploy to subvert the law and ignore the amendment process included in the Constitution itself. Think about it, the Constitution is law, statute; it is not a whimsical piece of toilet paper flapping in the breeze to be soiled and flushed down the toilet by a conglomerate or collective of liberal rectums in black robes. The fact that a strong amendment clause exists testifies to the objective fact that regardless if you liked the Constitution or hated it; it was never intended to be modified by a select few jurists endowed not with honor or jurisprudence but Megalomania. The document belongs to WE THE PEOPLE and the Judiciary first should show it the honor and respect it deserves, then they should do their very best to keep their filthy rotten necrotic hands off of it. If the Constitution is silent they should remain more silent. If the Constitution clearly supports a law then on that basis and no other the argument must be made. It makes no difference how orthodox or wacked out your worldview. Lawless interpretations will only result in more and more lawless acts in perpetuity. Our nation is in desperate need of a serious calibration and a return to the rule of law. We will never restore ourselves as a nation if we permit lawless and criminal judges to undermine the very laws and Constitution they took an oath to defend.
