3. Parking lot places where they plow snow up

Your #3 is a good one for me. Underneath the bleachers at ballparks turns up a few things. Another one if you can get access, is underneath where the lifts run up the mountain in a ski area, when the snow has melted of course. I never got in yet, but I know some employees of the resorts who have made some pretty cool eyeball finds after the snow melts.

I actually eyeball more coins than I dig (they are still finds) & of-course they are modern , but they buy Silver !

Low or Drained lakes & the areas around them , Phone booth's was a good idea.

UNDER the Coinstar Machine. Technique: Take a yardstick or "Swiffer" and sweep under the Coinstar machine and catch box. If confronted simply say you dropped your coins and "stuff" (in case there's a ring or two under there), and you're trying to retrieve them to cash them in. I've had employees actually open the front door for me!!
