Lenny, a black-and-white house cat, was adopted from a Rochester, N.Y., animal shelter in April 2014. But the new family returned him two days later, explaining they could not tolerate the awful smell of his frequent farting. Last heard, a new adopter was giving Larry at least a chance

Yep, seems cats stink worse than dogs. I know ours does! My son made the remark one time that if the animals had 'hips' like humans, we would at least be able to hear what was happening and be prepared, instead of being 'accosted' suddenly before we knew anything was happening. lol
