That's a pretty nasty deed. So either the Hatfields or the Mcoys or both were Moon Shiners, which I see as quite possible. Now if it were the Hatfields that were moonshining, they wouldn't cotton to a McCoy shut 'em down, and visa versa. Either way you shake it, I'd say there was bad blood in the game, and as usual, that bad blood got spilled. Don't allow no revenuers round here, nor do we allow them McCoys.
