I figure it's the end of the year so we all should post are best finds of the year . So here are mine and the hoe was found 2012 ...or just post your favorites !!!!

I didn't have as good a year as I normally have because of a lack of plowing and no rain at the opportune times, but I still found a few nice pieces.

Awesome that's what I'm talking about grim !!!!! The last one is a beauty that's a great year !!!!!!! We had the largest flood we've had in over 50 years I think that's why I had a good year . Thanks for sharing and one day I hope to have a collection as nice as yours

Thanks. I have had an awesome year, thanks in large part to being blessed with many camp and village sites to hunt over a wide range of area. That is the advantage of living in a small town and also growing up in another. Getting knotted up with a few knowledgeable people doesn't hurt either. I just wish I would have done more looking when I was in high school. I'm stoked for what I will find next year.

Yes growing up in a small town helps a lot and I do to wish I looked more when I was younger Quito that is super auction or not great blade !!!!

2013

Started 2013 off with a bang. The group photo I found in a three week period in March. Then one here, one there. Nothing since about June or July. Not enough rain and then too many leaves and now snow...Spring is coming!

best one for the year...for one reason it was one of the only ones found unbroken. Also the smallest one I've found to date. I have never cleaned it so it retains the earth it was found in.
