lightweight buckle find

hi all went out for an hour erlier and found a few bits and bobs including this buckle which I assume must have been used on a light garment.It measures approx 3 1/8 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide.It is a thin bronze plate with half circle type shapes on either end and sides. The belt must have had 2 holes as therere 2 prongs on the buckle.....any help in an id. would be fab cheers Russ.http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/t64 ... 9yhvui.jpg

Probably a sash buckle? Victorian era?
