Little Gold...But it's Better Than NO Gold!

It doesn't beat out last Sunday's BIG Gold but it is gold (and it's mine)!

Found with the Sand Shark that I'm trying to love as much as my White's PI...so far it's only like. After a few more rings maybe then it'll be LOVE!.

This is actually my first gold with this detector..I had the "Clean-Sweep" coil on there and trying some of the less traveled parts of the beach.

Right under a cut ...sounding like another corroded clad dime at a shallow 3"...it was a RING! and sure looked gold. Inscription on the inside with Rosalinda and a date.

With my naked eye couldn't make anything in the K stamping except a zero...darn...a 10K. But after my photo blow up the zero was part of 750...yep that's a little better. So light as it was at 2.35 grams a nice $91 ..if I get to keep it. I'm hoping Rosalinda might be found...we shall see.

So up until last month I had a 6+ month gold drought...and now in the last 5 weeks...4 rings. Hard to figure but you just gotta keep at it.

Gotta love the Gold! (and this hobby).

Great job Joe! I'm on a 12+ month gold drought...2 years ago it seemed as if i was finding it everywhere..oh well, saving for an Excal so maybe i'll get back in the groove.

I stay out of the water...just use it for wet sand and dry sand.

aloha Dr. Joe, I was MD that day & you showed me your finds,remember me I had the whites PI.I got out Yersterday & was MD @ the end of HB,nothing but trash a few coins,frustrated!!!!!!More practice I just can't understand the PI,maybe when I'm out there again you can give a newbie more tips,anyway was great meeting a young fella like yourself,much Love & Aloha
