Took a break from the MDing, ground is starting to freeze and the dirt is cold. Took the Hubby's change to the coin star machine earlier today, the coins that did not sort were in a bag I forgot to empty back in the change jar. Dumped them in and out came this little feller. I'm sure it wasn't mine to begin with, I love coins and check them all before they go in the jar. Wish I found it in the ground!
It has 16th president 1861 1865 on it. What is it?
P.S. got $134.77 and a Lincon bonus!
But wait I did find more than 12 nails! Yeee Ha.

I don't know what it is but, it has that flying eagle of 1858/59. Neat finds and HH, Mike

I found one of those tiny little bells yesterday. Don't know what they are for, but must be pretty common. Yours cleaned up pretty nice, I have mine in some water getting the dirt loose.

Thanks, found the marble in the same hole. After cleaning I don't think it is a bell. Maybe a button?

It is a button. Michelle got it. Surprise

Still can't get a match on the coin, I'll keep poking around.
