We have the opportunity to find bullets that are not present, or are very rare there also, on the East side of the Mississippi river. With my new Garret At pro this very morning, on my first signal, and in my first plug and about 3 inches deep I pull up a .69 Mangeot or known locally as Arkansas Hawgs. The soldiers were camped on the side of the road and these bullets that I have found since Monday have pock marks on them where the have been run over by wagons and horses since the war. This section of road is not used anymore and has not been used since the early 1900's and now has reverted back to personal ownership. Also this morning my metal detecting partner dug .54 Mississippi. I have found several Hawg bullet's but this is the first one in a long time. I would have found it with my Tesoro if I had of just got the coil over it but I was using the Garrett and am liking it more and more...d2
