Local soccer field nets a surprise

Went to a soccer field with the idea in mind to find gold.
it actually worked out as there was no shortage of low conductors.
Found it yesterday and gave it to my honey for her birthday today!

WTG on a great find. Soccer and sport fields in general are my greatest producers of gold and silver. Keep it comin.

That's a beautiful ring! I too hunt a huge soccer field, dates back to the late '40's, believe it or not, I've never found anything gold in 3 years of detecting. Hundreds of silvers, just no gold. ffd
