Hey guys, went out with the MD by an old RR station and dug this. It rang in as Copper and had the words London Plated with the royal crown
I'm assuming it's a token but not too sure. I did find one on eBay that has something similar to this, but I'm a little stumped. Could It be a coin or token?
By the way I changed my avatar!

Can you guys I'd it for me? I really don't know much about it, what kind of button is it and who would have worn it?
Thanks for your input

Not much to say, just an early 1800s British civilian flat button. There's no shortage of old buttons with misc. designs in the ground, and where you find one, you'll usually find more.
