Edwin Reynolds was the Chief Engineer of the E. P. Allis Company which evolved into the Milwaukee manufacturer Allis-Chalmers. This medal, being blank on the reverse, could have been fastened onto or into a plaque - I envision such a thing being given to an employee of the A-C Company on a service anniversary, or perhaps the plaque might have been posted alongside an impressive piece of their machinery - not a farm tractor, but an industrial machine.
