As most of us know, loose change with their serrated edges can be hard on cloth containers, thats why those canvas bags are so nice to have. But what do you use that will last if you dont have access to a canvas bag. Here is a suggestion. Next time you get ready to throw out a worn pair of jeans, cut the legs off. Cut the legs into 1 ft lengths. Take one of the lengths (basically a denim cloth tube now) and turn it inside out. Sew one end of the tube shut. Sew some velcro onto the outside facing out. Once this is completed, turn the tube inside out again. You now have a durable denim bag that seals that you can use to carry loose change or your MD finds! If you have several one foot lengths make one for change and another for your MD finds or whatever. HH

Neat idea, although by the time I'm done with them, most of my jeans aren't capable of holding coins (or anything else!)
Keep searching!
