Reminds me of the joke about the employee who took a wheelbarrow of sawdust out the gate every night at the lumbermill. The guards checked through it for tools or parts and never found anything but sawdust, and there was no complaints from management about him taking sawdust.

Until one of the bean counters noticed the mill bought an awful lot of wheelbarrows annually and had no extra ones around.
