Really nice pics. I want to say something about ya'lls style of fishin. Sometimes down here it gets slow too. Old southern technique is a stick of dynamite and a net. Careful though, it tends to stir up the gators and sometimes raises a body or two...

...and Alka Seltzer bottles? I have heard of people using carbide and also the old crank style military field phones with the leads in the water. Some people even use the field phones to catch worms for their bait too!

When I lived in Oklahoma, my inlaws used the old jugline fishing technique on Lake Eufala. I saw some huge catfish come up from 100+ ft of water at the dam! Fried catfish and hand cranked ice cream...yumyum.
