Looks like silver or at least silver plate.
 

It is probably sterling. It looks like one of the types of cuff bracelets that I make. not being marked is not bad. It is nice cuff. the stamping look good, looks like #6 1/2 round split wire. you may see saw marks in the split . very nice. I would sell one of my cuffs like that for 115.00 to 160.00. Depending on the mine the Turquoise came from

Sweet find!! great looking piece...just curious...what did it ring up as? You indicated a weird signal, but what was it close to..silver..aluminum..stainless? Thanks for sharing, great pics and congrats on an excellent find!!...ddf
 

Came up as a beep boop (low tone then high tone) on my amazingly accurate trackerIV. Haha. ;)

It looks more Navajo than Zuni to me. Then again it could be made by a Belagana, like me.
