Stopped at a branch of my bank on the other side of town. Didn't know it was there, just happend to drive by.

Figured I would pay on a loan. While I was there I asked if they had any half dollars. The guy said he had a pile in his drawer and asked how much I wanted.

When he sat them down I could hear that special sound.....SILVER. I told him I would buy them all and search for error coins at home. Ended up with 14 dollars in halves.

I thanked him and went to the car. Once there I looked over the halves to see the silver ones. That's when I started counting!

Out of the 14 dollars I ended up with:
1964 x 3
1967 x 10
1968 x 15

All 14 dollars spent were on silver halves!

Bonus the day before I picked up a 63 Bennie from the CU.

This makes up for the 3 skunked boxes. The nice thing is I have 1 more box to search!

Great week! I will post photos later!
