Weather finally in the mid 30's. Decided to get out of the office and check out the community park tot lot mulch area, all grassy areas are frozen solid.

I went to another local tot lot near my office last month and found nothing, totally vacuumed clean. So was not expecting much however, Today's lot was great.

The mulch was actually frozen, so I was not able to extract a few targets and a couple went flying when the frozen mulch clod would break free after much prying.

First target was this 2 tone ring with stones, thought it would be junk until I zoomed in and saw the 14k stamp! Only my3rd gold item of the year, so sort of stoked and could also be real diamonds?? 7 tiny ones??

The chihuahua and other junk jewelry were fun.
Good luck out there!!

As the earring is 14k, it's quite likely that they are real diamonds.

However.. that's not a chihuahua! They don't have mustaches or spots like that. Here's mine:

No reason not to think the diamonds are real , the"Omega" clip in conjunction with the post is a higher end indicator especially in 14 or 18k.

Nice score on the gold and other treasures! Congrats!
The store are probably real. Maybe ask Santa for a diamond tester.
