Built in 1930 by Carson Bradford, the Ocklawaha home has hosted generations of Bradfords, who enjoyed respites on the lake and dug for treasure.

The treasure they sought wasn't the odd bottle cap or lost coin, but the rumored booty buried by the home's most famous guests: Arizona “Ma” Barker and her son Fred.

If the buyer is smart, he/she will get it in writing, Everything on,in & Below the property belongs
to the new buyer.

Just in case the treasure does exist.

An anecdote to the shootout-The FBI ran out of ammunition and had to send an agent to Jacksonville to get more, and after several hours it took for that trip, the shootout commenced once again. When it quited down, the FBI sent in a local black man into the house, and he yelled from the house,"Theys all dead in here!".
The Marion County sheriffs still has one of the drum magazine Thompson 45's that the Barker gang used in this shootout.
