Got a whole day in today. No silver coins but still turned up some interesting things.
Got what is left of a lucerne watch, one 1940 wheatie, one token, part of a ring and a a couple of things that I dont have any idea of what they are. Found a few iron rings, a lock, a plow and some type of other implement. All in all a good day!

Nice finds there! The last item is a lead bag seal and a very nice one. It could easily be early 1800s looking at the letter style. Should have a crease in the middle of the edge where a leather strap would have been. They are common finds here in Europe, I always enjoy pulling them up. HH, Mike

There seems to be a crease right at the edge on the SoRy side at the top. This was found where A cross of honor of the german mother, a small brass swastika, and a 22D infantry regiment unit insignia pin were found.......coins back to 1889.
Wonder if its common to find them here?? It's my first!!! Thanks for the info!!
