Can anyone tell me any laws about detecting in Marietta Georgia. My wife has a convention down there and I have 4 full days to enjoy panning for gold, detecting and some great fishing. If any of you can give me any areas to do any of the three, I would deeply appreciate it. I don't want to know your secret spots just some areas I can poke around at. Never found any civil war stuff either so that would really be neat, but I don't want to press my luck. Thank you in advance and I am praying for really nice weather when I am down there the first part of October. Thanks again!
