Never used marine epoxy but have used that flex seal spray you see on TV and it works great...no more cleaning coil covers and risking breaking them. Keeps my coils looking like new. Plus comes in colors if you want to get crazy.

That's a good idea! Has it been holding up good?

Has worked great on 5 coils so far. Plz make sure you scuff the areas you plan on spraying with either sand paper or a scuff pad to create a mechanical bond or the stuff peals off like dead skin(gross analogy but what the heck) I've started coating coils for people in my club and no issues. Great thing about flex seal is it expands a little so if you have cracks in your coil's epoxy resin it fills them and smoothes it all and looks like new.
