But it is strange that not be charged to OME for plunder but Spain claimed the plundered.

This is old news and the manifest showing ownership of private citizens for all their cargo was used in the lawsuit.

I believe I posted it in the big OM thread.

The matter "Mercedes" is a lot to say and clarify. Perhaps with the new political changes in Spain know some muddy and rugged detail.
