Me and dad went today and got some silver

Dad got q stunning 1923 merc. And i got a 64 Rosie. And pewter button. Tombac button 3 brass buttons and piece of tombac spoon bowl. Old chrysler emblem. My dads first silver coin since the 80s when he first started detecting. He just recently got a detector and starting to get out more with me.

Your dad sounds like me. I detected in the 80's then gave it up. I'm just starting back at it again but now live in the country instead of the city. Silver of any kind is rare out here. Gary
