Meaning of F:A:M?

Was reading npg reprint of books and one called secret sign languages- the sign language of mysteries by J.S.M. Ward is mentioned but at the very bottom it says if you are F:A:M or an A:F:A:M this book will have a particular fascination for you. Anyone know what that means?
