Medical ID for 10 year old

Found the following Medical Id tag at a school playground last Sat. and it luckily had the phone number on it... His mother picked it up today... These stainless steel engraved Ids are about $40 each, so it was well worth the effort, especially because he is also allergic to penicillin.

This might end up being the best one on HM yet . The other posts are for returned sentimental items and are honourable in there own right but in the end you may end up having helped save this person's life. That's beyond honourable.
