I'm going to shower and go out today, if just for one ticket.

i would keep 1 million and give the rest to the kids hospital,that just to much money.

After Giving all my Relatives, and a few friends $3 Mil each. so after Taxes they still have a Million.

I'd Hire a Real estate Service to Find all the Oldest places around.
And Have then Convince the Owners to either Lease Or sell strictly for the Right to
Detect.

& I'd put an Ad in all the Papers, not giving donations.
all Beggars get 0.
