I tried suggesting before that they be moved up higher, but someone wrote please don't move anything or they'd be lost/confused, or something like that. So this new suggestion might seem like a reasonable compromise? I live in the 16th largest metro area with nearly 1% of the USA population, but if I ask for detecting partners at bottom, how many get to the bottom of T-Net before their day is over?
The state forums might also be a place where people trade tips on sites or how to research their state or someplace in it, discuss local ground minerals, maybe arrange rides to clubs, help newbies with in person instruction, etc.
