This is something i have always been interested in. i finally broke down and bought my first metal detector. i hope to learn and meet some great people here, as i really have got the bug to hunt!! already found my first silver 2 weeks ago. 1939 mercury dime.

I am in Dayton near WSU. I am hoping to get out sometime this weekend in Dayton. One thing I've learned is when the weather is good - get out there. In Dayton you might be waiting awhile.
